I do not see how Kroger Pay would qualify as online unless you can double dip (you said it shows up at grocery on Citi's website).
Is yours a recurring online offer? Mine was a one time spend $750 so it was easy to prepay bills I had with no fees.
If yours is recurring, why not try regular gift cards before you take a hit on fees? Target gift cards? Kroger gift cards on their website? Costco giftcards on their website? Pay stuff for your parents and have them give you 95% of the amount back in cash?
Good points! Mine is not a recurring offer, but I got two different online offers in a row. I'm on the second one right now. The parents thing is an awesome idea, they do buy random big items sometimes online plus I like giving them money anyway. Thanks!
I hear you on the N/A, but that contradicts
this. I don't know what to tell you. Maybe they're wrong, maybe something changed, I don't think I can say with certainty.
