One other thing to note - the food really leans into being Southern/Atlanta inspired. I grew up in Atlanta and I am somewhat surprised to see collard greens (with pork and everything) being served in an American Express Centurion Lounge (the greens are good!) The black eyed pea / biryani rice is also interesting. Mac and Cheese is good. The chicken thighs are the standard Amex chicken served with different seasoning. Overall the food is pretty good but it may be particular for some people.
