Exactly what happenned to me yesterday

. Travelling to Asia Saturday so I had to call them to change some bookings and also make sure I have all of my reservation confirmations sent by email.
At least, having found this thread, I know what to expect. This being said, like others have mentionned, I can confirm that I hadn't made any change to my phone number or email, so I don't know why it happenned to me in the first place.
