You can book through a travel agency with its own corporate agreement - you don't need your own. A brick and mortar type agency will suffice, although some may charge a booking fee as AA no longer pays domestic commissions and has become such a pile of crap to deal with, taking away service recovery funds and other anti-agency malfeasance, most agencies don't want to deal with them anymore.
