Just got a letter in my account online that MS is closing my platinum cash plus account. Any hope.of convincing them to reopen? And will this cause amex to close my platinum card? I wonder if i I can or should just open another cashplus account...

Also unclear to me if they will wipe out the negative balance or come after me for it.
