I am finally back from the USA in Europe. Good news: this solved the first issue with myself not being listed as a “Passenger” — and, because of that, my Week-End+ discount pass not being available.

I am still not able to book a flight, though. Exchanged a word with the crew from my SFO-CDG flight, said they would add a note to my file so that Customer Service calls me back, but I somehow doubt they did it (and even if they did I somehow doubt I would get called back).
