For well over two hours, mid flight a group of about six guys stood by the exit door openly drinking (with the crew providing regular top ups) - of course meant the whole cabin was subjected to the noise, in particular as the group then interacted with a seated bunch of girls (who were also very merry).

I thought congregating in the aisles was illegal on US Bound flights, I know a number of passengers did complain - but nothing was done until about 1.5hrs into the saga when the CSD came and told them to move, though was a while before they dispersed.

The group were clearly very intoxicated and yet the crew continued to serve them (talking a beer/whisky every 20 minutes), even upon returning to their seats. I’m pretty sure I then saw a bottle of Club champagne being dropped off to them before landing by one crew member.

Paired with a broken TV and full flight - got to be up there with one of the worst flights!
