yes with a penalty. In BAs 256 and some cargo you should be able to do it. But you cant fill the hold. At least from a weight perspective.
EVA is doing 344 passengers SEA to TPE daily with full passenger load but zero cargo which is slightly farther than LHR-PVG (pre Russian closure)

But even then Ito your point. I think there are better aircraft for these kind of routes like the 350 and 77W or 779. The 78X will do them but it’s just there’s penalties and there other aircraft that will do it full to the max, so that just makes more sense economically

78X I think is the prime candidate for North America (including LA) Middle East, west Africa and India
