I strongly suggest using an experienced TA versus an OTA. I have become the defacto TA for my boss and am trying to fix an issue for a flight he booked (before I got involved) with kiwi.com. The flight changed from April 1st to April 2nd with a negative 6 hour connection time (as in would need a time machine to fly the route). Their system offers zero alternative flights. They are telling me the only option is to request a refund through the site and they will contact the airline to determine how much of a refund is possible and the transaction will take up to 90 days. My face hurts from all the face palms I've been doing in trying to fix this.
