Thank you so much for the very kind words!

I had advance notice of opening date (Amsterdam regular), but the juicy details were kept firmly under wraps. I did wonder whether they might object to my arrival six hours before departure but thankfully they were as excited as me… weekly Flor trips somewhat take their toll(!)

Agreed re the craft beers; this really is the place. Perhaps there’s potential here for some kind of rotating showcase? To confirm, the fridge doesn’t contain any extras; all beers and spirits are from the bar.

Cocktails "not today", though apparently they may come "at some point". Nothing imminent, by the sounds of it.

Lunch was, as promised, middle-east inspired in advance of the Qatar departure: grilled bell peppers, grilled chickpeas, shakshuka, tabouleh, labneh. Miso soup, rice and also remained from earlier, subsequently replaced with a lentil soup.

Daily 0530-2200 apparently!

Only amateur-hour; it's a new-year hobby with a couple of friends. We have a grand total of three posts so I don't think the big blogs need be worried!
