Veuve Clicquot was never going to be a permanent fixture, but is it possible that the cocktail bar only opens in the afternoon? In the Eurostar lounges where a similar concept is available, the cocktail bars are only open mid- to late afternoon (and only on weekdays which might not apply for an airport)
