Yes, conceptually oneworld is supposed to create further lounges, in locations where they would make sense such as ICN and AMS. But locations they are keeping coy about for some reason, it was only quite recently that AMS was going to be oneworld even though clearly it has been planned for well over a year. CDG and MEX would be obvious ones to my mind, perhaps GRU/GIG. YVR would presumably not be on the list but otherwise qualifies.
