CX's passenger fleet currently includes 157 aircraft (+57 on order). HKExpress has a further 33 (+14 on order). So 190 (+71) in total.
So, CX simply does not have "many more" than SIA on order. Iff we exclude the LCC subsidiaries it has 8 more aircraft "in service" than SIA.
However, as I understand it, essentially all of SIA's "in service" planes are actually providing passenger services (or in maintenance), whereas several (many?) of CX's are parked.
Looking at the Available Seat Kilometres for December 2023 (the latest available for both airlines)
SIA: 11.388M (plus a further 3.275M for Scoot)
CX: 8.629M (which doesn't explicitly include HKExpress, but I suspect it does)
So really oldchinahand it is you who is talking absolute rubbish (as usual).
