Anyone have experience with Five Star service out of ATL? Do you get to go to front of the security line like w/ Delta VIP service? Their Five Star customer service said no, and that the greeter just stands with you as you're waiting in line (which can be significant at the time I'm leaving). Trying to figure out where the truth lies.
Used five star service out of Atlanta for the first time this week. It was great, and their email customer service was completely wrong by saying that you do not get to go to the front of the line and just have a babysitter stand in line with you.
Everything went super smoothly, and everything was just like other people had mentioned about getting fast tracked through security.
