SEN hotline has no ability to do that.
you can order her champagne from the buy on board and some chocolate upfront that will be than delivered to her seat if you want to make a nice gesture.... the crew will be aware from the PIL that it is her Bday, some crews acknowledge it and congratulate, even bring some bubbly and some dont... it is a hit or miss....
