Officer denied me once she saw I had Finnish passport even though the sign said "all passports". Before in HEL I had used the DTC and it worked so well. Was kind of hoping similar smooth operation in BKK.. maybe next time
To confuse everyone further, I used the automated immigration gates with my Finnish passport just fine last week, flying Bangkok Airways BKK-PNH. The gate read my passport some five times before it accepted it, but the agent standing next to the machine, helping me, had no problem with my passport and neither did the automated gate (in the end, after the fifth try).
