Eurostar has a great network, especially for these destinations. You might even add Brussels to your trip ! Trains in Europe are better than in the US. Much better than planes sometimes.
Certainly easier (and faster) than flying between (central) London and (central) Paris or London or Brussels but more debatable between London and Amsterdam, which takes 4 hours. Also, no Eurostar services between London and Amsterdam from June until the end of the year due to major works at Centraal station.
