Great FS experience at CLT connecting Intl to domestic
- 2 greeters
- front of the line customs
- front of the line security
- helped me with handling and retagging my bags ( separate PNR, both with AA)
- reserved and secluded area at the AC, can seat 10 people
- and the best part is the SUV (Ford) tarmac transfer to the plane
- the car was parked right below the AC so it was a fun experience to use a back door at the AC then an elevator heading to the tarmac.
- Believe my BP was not scanned as I didn’t see a GA. (Maybe the greeter did scan it on her own before or after)
- Best 350 spent and best FS experience ever
