Stayed at this hotel January 11/12 and was quite impressed by the quality and service provided. Guess I was lucky. Had booked a room at the Grand Club level and was upgraded to a Suite with a great view on the 17th floor. I did not get one Amenity but two...One every day... Free internet access, one free pressing, late check out (5 pm)...
