I've have been unable to get *any* response from Lufthansa for 6 months since my baggage was lost.
I flew with my son from SFO to OSL last August, on a 3-hop flight using JetBlue, Condor and then Lufthansa for the last leg from Frankfurt to Oslo. Neither of our checked bags arrived on time in Oslo. I promptly opened a report using the mybag.aero website, as requested. That website would only allow one report to be opened, so I used it for both bags. Within a week my bag was located and delivered to my travel address in Norway. I updated the baggage report with the full contents of my son's still missing bag. Since that time I have gotten no response to any phone, email or paper mail inquiry to Lufthansa, I have been unable to find any online method of submitting a claim, and my missing baggage report has now disappeared from mybag.aero. At this point I assume that my son's bag will never be returned and I would like to be compensated. How should I proceed?
