Either I have scanned my passport wrongly 200+ times at every UK entry point (and yet perfectly at every other e-gate abroad), or you cannot be correct.
I have been told at City many times that my name matches someone on their screen who they can see and who clearly is not me. So they and my wife have imagined that?
