Thought I’d share some pictures of the extremely poor condition and low levels of cleanliness of the cabin as well as faulty seats, IFE equipment and tatty threadbare carpets which partner and I had to endure recently flying in J on G-STBC. We were so unfortunate, we had to fly her both to AND from CPT on 1st and 17th February. 10G and 10J out and 10J and 10K return. These flights were originally booked as A350 both ways but were switched to 77H when First was introduced on the CPT route and then again with a second switch to a 77G config in November.

IMO BA should be ashamed; the cabin is filthy and falling apart and I suspect both B and I aircraft are in the same condition - they are desperately in need of the Club Suite refit. When will BA get their act together, stop subjecting paying passengers to a flight of misery and get these last 3 LHR 777s refurbished!?

I complained separately, initially writing to BA whilst on holiday and followed up with a second complaint upon return home. Have been compensated but it’s disappointing these aircraft are still being worked so hard - they even regularly fly the LAX route. Shameful really.
