So on a flight today, I got upgraded a few days ago (280K LPs)
Wife (260K) had same fare class ticket (BE). In the app, she was showing as Upgrade Requested.
But this morning, she was not showing on the upgrade list (through app). Then after she checked in through the app, she showed up as 5th on the list. Yet the guy next to me stated he cleared yesterday as a platinum.

Would anyone be able to explain why?
