I booked Qatar with my AAdvantage miles for a flight from JFK-DOH-HAN. My first segment (JFK-DOH) is in economy class (X) and the second (DOH-HAN) is in business class (U). I spoke to a Qatar airways rep over live chat and they said I couldn't access the Al Mourjan lounge because they only count the first segment, which is economy. Can anyone confirm if this is true? I've visited this lounge in the past and I loved it. With a 13+ hour layover, I was hoping to leave my luggage in the lockers and check out Doha for half a day then go back and shower and eat at this lounge!
