Comments: This is an interesting one. Back in Nov, right after I booked the standard room I used my SNAs to request the Ocean View Room. A few days before the stay I got an email they couldn't fulfill my upgrade and returned my SNAs. And then at mobile check-in, the app showed the Ocean View Room and that's what I end up getting. So SNAs saved and still got the upgrade anyway. Not complaining.
