I can give a positive to that. I travelled on a deep economy ticket from Dublin o Doha last week and got a lounge invitation on the strength of my Emerald status. So I'm pretty sure any flavour of Business-class will be a safe bet.

The lounge can get crowded, but the catering is pretty good.
