DL 057 AMS-SLC (A339) breakfast Feb 13.
It was described as Brunch, which I guess connects to having a shrimp + pickled vegetable appetizer, then an omelette main, followed by the option of a sundae or other deserts that I think of as lunch/dinner choices.
I went with the very tasty chocolate hazelnut tart and the 2-item cheese plate for the finale.

Mid-flight warm chocolate chip cookie was fine, but for a 10.5 hour flight, going from brunch at 10:30 am to a cookie, to the light meal pre-arrival at about hour 9.25 in-air seemed a bit hungry-making. There were packaged snacks in the galley. Also had an espresso-based drink somewhere west of Greenland that was very good!

DId not photo the lackluster Beemster cheeseburger, served with just a small desert IIRC (no salad, chips or anything else).
I generally don't eat beef, but the only other offer for second meal was a basically protien-less salad. Not sure what dietician designed the calorie budget for 10.5 hours en route.
