I know this sounds kind of counter intuitive but I’ve been looking at seat availability on emirates first class. That is because we’re looking for specific seating and if taken we would move to another flight. The only way I can do that is by putting my name, email and mobile phone number in their website. I’ve done this and now my travel agent can’t book a flight for me as it’s held (through doing what I’ve said). I wasn’t aware this could happen. Does anyone know how long they hold the flights in this situation please? Is there any way out of it as it seems like an automated response.
