When flying on a QR Business Lite (P) fare can you still access the lounges if you have BA Gold (Emerald status)?
If so does that include access to both QR Doha lounges:

Al Mourjan Lounge - The Garden
The premium lounges (AM and AS) can only be accessed by passengers holding an eligible premium cabin ticket (so not P class). OneWorld status also will not get you in.
But you can use your OWE to access the platinum and gold status lounges.
