Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? It was fine.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked standard, upgraded to premium.

How are the rooms? Clean. Coffee machine with assorted capsules plus kettle with assorted herbal tea bags. No black tea. Had the same thing last week at IC Barclay NY. Am I the only person who still drinks black tea? Two bottles of mineral water plus shortbread and kitkats. Slippers and robes. There was a fridge in the room.

How is the exec. lounge? NA

What was good and what was bad? Good - received two drinks vouchers as my Diamond amenity. Plus received surprise welcome points four days after checkout. Nice bonus! Ideal location for an early flight back to London town as the hotel is opposite the airport.
Bad - Large bottles of toiletries inc 3x shampoo but no conditioner. No matter, I always take my own.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? I paid £65, cheap as chips.
