Success with SDC over text that simultaneously:
  • switched operating carrier (from LX to UA; reservation was UA-ticketed and UA-marketed)
  • switched terminal (JFK to EWR)
  • was booked in basic economy (but K class and not N class)
Since it wasn't on UA metal the app would fail the check-in flow. "Change flight" would inform me that the ticket was purchased in Basic Economy.
