I'm not 100% certain (and I suppose this is pretty easy to check on sites like Flightaware), but I think MU's 2 JFK slot pairs, CZ's single JFK slot pair (already in use before the 2023 Q2/Q3 bilateral), and CX's 21 JFK + BOS slot pairs (not subject to the bilateral) are the only ones that use Russian air space. I'm not sure about the Taiwanese airlines.
