I just got back from the property this week. Yes $515 seaplane pp.
Extra info for those who need them: $130/day/pp for half board with $40 breakfast credit making it $90 for certain Bonvoy elite level. It is crucial to make dinner reservation ahead on OpenTable (or at check in) for Tabemasu/Velaa/Riviera. We have seen couples/families got turned away in frustration. Right now is peak season so Tabemasu will also open on Wednesday.
We did a-la-carte on the first day so we could go to Tabemasu (only available to AI or a la carte). The rest is half board and that was plenty of food. If you drink throughout the day then AI is a must as it would only take 4 beers not counting the cocktails/mocktails to break even. Dont forget to pack anything that you will need... eg. sun lotion is over $40 out the door. They have in-room slippers and LM flipflops and you have free decent snorkel gears rental for the trip. Kayak (single and tandem)/standup paddle board are free for 1 hour (not sure if each day or one time). The sunrise yoga classes are nice. The sunset Yoga class could get a little bit humid but the view was awesome.
