Don't fall for it! I just booked 3 AirAsia flights, all of them said checked baggage was included on the portal and now none of my itineraries reflect this. They all say carry-on baggage only, and I have the option to pay extra for checked bags by weight. And because the portal doesn't give you the option of adding bags as an option, you are forced to purchase the add-on after booking which means the fee is about 200 baht more. Now I need to waste my time complaining to Capital One customer service and try to squeeze compensation out of this.
