They have not rolled out free WiFi yet to international even on the ViaSat-equipped aircraft. Been on multiple 764 and A333s with ViaSat installed in the last few months and all of them still reverted to the current pricing plan.

They are probably waiting until most of the planes have been modified before officially rolling it out.
