I just stayed here and I will say that the location isn't too bad. I read the comments from others members before I booked, but the rate was cheap in comparison to other properties. I stayed in the AC hotel next to it before, but it was 50 dollars more. Yes, you are not close to restaurants, but it's quite safe to walk to them. I walked to the shopping center (40 mins on Maps, but 25 mins if you walk fast) and it was all residential area with bright lit trails and a park. Plenty of people around walking to and from the stations/gyms/houses. There's an ASADA grocery store that is 10 mins from the hotel on the trail. The hotel was nice and there wasn't much to complain about. The front desk guy (Southeast Asian) had no personality, very deadpan demeanor. He just seemed like a disinterested person. Not sure of the other guys or women. The bar woman was friendly. I would stay here again if the rates were good.
