we were lucky enough to make two separate holidays to italy right before all the nonsense happened in 2020 and we are thankful for it because we love italy and can see how crazy the price/demand became for tourism afterward. luckily im sneaking a quick visit into south tyrol soon. and our favorite in umbria, vespasia restaurant at palazzo seneca is still around.
