Seems like this should be true 100% of the time, makes full sense on paper.
But there must be occasional exceptions.
I was recently among the first month's group of guests at a new hotel in Morocco - extreme nerves going into a 20th wedding anniversary trip - and it turned out to be pretty much our favorite hotel experience yet!
Leaps of faith can be excruciating though.

Has Orange County been absorbed into Italy? A recent look at rates there haad me triple checking to ensure i hadnt mindlessly typed in Como.
