My current employer uses Navan and AA fares being returned to us are not NDC (no special corp discounts either). Not sure if its a configuration we have or it's been overlooked or something.
Are the NDC fares quite a bit higher (200 - 300) than what you see on AA.com? That's what I'm seeing through AMEX GBT.
