Yes many carriers provide seperate space for International F (regardless of status) but OP seemed to infer a separate area for top elites. One does not mean the other.
UA IFLs are gone as UA does not provide International F. Not aware LH top elites (unless in International F) get a different area than a UA *G in economy.
so the Lufthansa JFK Senator lounge has a dedicated private dining area with a separate menu and with nice tables/flowers at each table and a personal attendant. You can access if flying LH First or if you are Lufthansa Hon Circle (even if in economy). Got me thinking since Polaris lounges are often crowded that there could be a reserved seating section.
