I did get **renewed** Caesar's Diamond Status in early February and went to Las Vegas and had a "Comp" room. That went fine. But when I went to the Caesar's Rewards Desk, I got a new card. BUT it was a Platinum card (didn't notice until later and just thought it was a NEW color). When I checked out at 430am, I noticed the "resort fee" was charged?
I was running late for my flight and asked the Front Desk (seemed newer) person why? They didn't really have an answer.

So my question is: "Should I just let it roll??" $56 bucks ain't gonna wreck me. I looked at future bookings and everything is zero.

I worked in Management (Marketing) for a major airline and retired. Had some interaction with frequent flyer programs with various projects and saw alot of flaws in their systems
and ways to get upgrades to the different levels of airline programs. I am thinking of just keeping quiet. I will probably stay 10-12 nights in Caesars properties this year between Reno, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Thoughts?
