I prefer the Garden lounge since there is usually no queue for shower even during peak transit hours but there is no toilet within the shower rooms, and I think the water pressure in the lounge is generally weaker than other lounges in the original terminal building including the North Gold/Platinum lounge.

If you have very long transit, there are also quiet rooms in the new lounge but the chairs are rather uncomfortable for sleeping and the lights tend to switch on automatically while you try to sleep (apparently they are activated by motion sensor, but sometimes they switch on with minimal / no movement and other times they do not switch on at all even when you walk around in the room).
