I flew from Sydney at the weekend in J and was expecting to use the Qantas lounge. However, at check-in I was advised I was "welcome to use the House Lounge today". It wasn't clear if this was a temporary arrangement or permanent. It was actually well located being 2 minutes from the gate and with a reserved seating area for BA passengers to be served an À la carte menu which was very tasty.

BA have contracted the House for lounge services. QR Qatar have contracted the Air NZ lounge. MH have contracted the Plaza lounge.
Based on class of service and/or OW status you can also visit other OW airline lounges.
Oneworld airlines contracting non OW airline lounges in not usual. Its just about the $$$. And space vs schedules. Not all lounges are big enough for all pax
