I applied for the Business earner on 02/07 and received Wyndham Diamond on 02/16 and requested my Caesars match which by all reports is taking 15-16 days. I wouldn't count on being caesars diamond for at least a month after you start the process.
Every year other than this year the match took me 7 days, so that should be closer to only 14 days total normally
