Exactly. Some people will earn miles booking through Concur and some will not earn miles through Concur starting May 1. I wonder if AAdvantage will make the list of "preferred travel agent" to public. Then there is a situation like American Express Travel/Expedia situation. I worried that it will not be clear cut as one on the list earn miles and other don't. I am afraid there will be situations passengers find out that the flight does not earn miles after the travel.
