I just remembered that I messaged Caesars about this last year and our $100 was loaded on February 22 one week after our Diamond upgrade came through on February 15 so I answered my own question.
Is there a convenient way to check on the status of the dinner credit? In the past, I have had to ask at the rewards desk or I received an email but I was never able to look at it online.
Also, Datapoint for anyone interested. I'm a ongoing business card holder / Match to Diamond request submitted February 1 / Support email submitted on February 15 and again on February 17 / Match fulfilled on February 19. (Never got a direct response to the emails thus far)
