I almost certainly received mine - I have 25k showing for Feb, almost certainly my Jan 15k for $1500 GGR + my Feb 10k for $1k online spend.
Unfortunately, I have not received an online spend to replace the one that expired on the 15th. I only have the 7.5k/15k GGR per month and the 5x Travel/Entertainment active right now. Missing the utilities and online spend for sure.
