I have a P fare United ticket in business between EWR and FRA on LH metal. I know I can not upgrade to first with a bid or fixed price in advance. Can I do a paid upgrade with the gate agent in EWR?

If not and my flight arrives at a remote stand is there a bus specifically for business class passengers at FRA?
