This is also how my gas bill shows up, lol. I think we have seen that some utilities qualify for the online bonus and some do not. The fine print on the offers excludes them, but since when is this card supposed to make sense?

I think the only way to track your progress is either a) receive a progress email (you don't always get one) or b) receive your points (seems like usually the online spend offer credits within a few days, but maybe not always).
