We flew IcelandAir Business Class from ORD to GLA last fall. As stated above, it is closer to PE (no flatbed) but the service and food are so much better than United and lower cost. The flight to KEF (737 Max) also is only six hours. Downside is a one-hour connection in Keflavik. Upside is a free stopover in Iceland if you desire.
